Covid-19 did not affect FCPA investigation methods, US DOJ official says

The US Justice Department's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act unit uses investigative tools that weren't affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and the unit is actively pursing bribery cases despite a slower pace of resolutions in 2021, the unit's chief said today.
