CoreLogic can be liable for discrimination because of AI tenant-screening tool, US DOJ seeks to argue in US appeal

A US company can be held liable for violating housing discrimination laws for selling an AI-powered tenant-screening tool to landlords, even if it doesn’t control their housing decisions, the US Department of Justice is seeking to argue before a US appeals court.
