Cooperation agreements among competitors to be analyzed by CADE Superintendence within four days

Cooperation agreements among competitors filed with the Brazilian competition authority will be analyzed by the agency Superintendence in up to four days, Superintendent Alexandre Cordeiro said. But after that, the accord must be analyzed by the Tribunal of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, which has the final say
