Consumer welfare still ‘at heart’ of EU dominance-abuse guidelines, economist says

Dominant companies studying the European Commission’s new policy guidelines will see that consumer welfare and an analysis based on effects are still core to antitrust enforcement, the agency’s acting chief economist has said.
