Complex digital markets don't impact UK CMA's behavioral-remedies stance, new mergers chief says

The complexity of digital markets is unlikely to shift the UK Competition and Markets Authority’s position on behavioral remedies, its new head of mergers has said.

David Stewart, who started as executive mergers director at the regulator this month, said the risks of implementing and executing behavioral remedies can't be ignored.
