Competitor collaboration in food sector case not anticompetitive, CADE Tribunal finds in first Covid-19 ruling

A cooperation agreement among competitors in the beverage and food sectors during the pandemic isn't anticompetitive, the Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal ruled today, though it cautioned that the ruling doesn't give companies "antitrust immunity” to collude. The names of the parties involved in the accord are confidential.
