Competition risks may arise if Brasil Terminal Portuário, Maersk, MSC win Santos port auction, CADE says

Competition risks may emerge if port operator Brasil Terminal Portuário (BTP) or shareholders A.P. Moller-Maersk and MSC Mediterranean Shipping Co. win an auction in the STS-10 area from Santos Port, the Brazilian competition authority said in a new study.

BTP is a joint venture between APM Terminals, a Maersk company, and Terminal Investment
