ComparetheMarket's appeal of UK CMA's antitrust fine must be heard this year, judge says

ComparetheMarket's appeal of a multimillion-pound antitrust fine imposed by the UK competition regulator over contractual deals to restrict home insurance selling must be heard in November, a UK judge said today.
