Companies have no legal recourse to oppose EU antitrust raids, French retailers tell judges

Casino and Intermarché appeared in the EU's General Court today to contest the legality of EU antitrust dawn raids conducted in 2017 in the premises of their joint buying alliance Intermarché Casino Achats, or INCA, and told EU judges no legal recourse exists to oppose such raids.
