Commercial Press, Sino United, T.H. Lee Book hit with cartel lawsuit in Hong Kong antitrust enforcement

Three of Hong Kong’s biggest textbook suppliers, T.H. Lee Book, Commercial Press Hong Kong and Sino United Publishing, have been accused of a cartel involving price fixing and market sharing while selling textbooks to primary and secondary school students, in the local antitrust regulator’s latest enforcement action before the competition court.
