Claims that PubMatic violated GDPR belong in UK courts, US judge says

A US lawsuit accusing adtech company PubMatic of violating the UK General Data Protection Regulation could have prompted a wave of lawsuits against US tech companies filed by UK citizens in US courts. 
But US District Judge Phyllis Hamilton in Oakland, California, foreclosed that possibility this week when she dismissed
