Citigroup, Deutsche Bank's non-publication bid fails in Australian criminal-cartel prosecution

Citigroup Global Markets Australia, Deutsche Bank and two individuals facing criminal-cartel charges have failed to stop the publication of a recent procedural judgment in their case, with a judge ruling that the release of the document wouldn’t harm the accused’s right to a fair trial.
