Chinese tube, pipe maker Jiuli resubmits EU tariff challenge

Chinese tube and pipe maker Zhejiang Jiuli Hi-Tech Metals has gone back to court to remake its case to dodge EU dumping tariffs, according to an update on the website of the bloc's top court.
