Chinese steel tube and pipe tariffs annulled by EU judges

EU tariffs on Chinese iron and steel tubes and pipes are invalid, the EU's top judges ruled today, because the bloc failed to show a real threat of harm to the bloc's industry at the time the tariffs were adopted.
