Chinese mattress maker scores partial win in price-fixing lawsuit against TDI suppliers

A Chinese foam-mattress maker, Healthcare Co, has scored a partial win in a price-fixing lawsuit against four manufacturers of tolylene diisocyanate, or TDI, a chemical used to make memory foam.
The four companies are Fujian Fuhua Industry & Trade Co; Cangzhou Dahua Co; Gansu Yinguang Juyin Chemical Co; and Yantai
