Chinese graphite electrodes face 66.5 percent provisional tariffs

Chinese graphite electrodes will face a provisional EU dumping duty of up to  66.5 percent, according to the European Commission's communication with parties to the case. 
Duties start at 17.5 percent for named companies, such as Liaoning Dantan Technology Group, while 30 cooperating companies face tariffs of 21.6 percent, and
