Chinese glass containers dodge US trade-remedy duties

Chinese glass containers won't face antidumping duties after the US International Trade Commission ruled they don't injure or threaten to harm the domestic industry.

All five commissioners yesterday voted for a negative determination of material injury (see here) — a decision similar to one they reached in June that also allowed Chinese exporters
