China's Xinjufeng says its Greatview stake won't lead to control of rival

Shandong Xinjufeng Technology Packaging won't obtain control of Greatview Aseptic Packaging through its proposed investment in the competitor, the Chinese packaging-materials supplier has said.

The planned purchase of a 28.22 percent stake in Hong Kong-listed Greatview doesn't constitute a "concentration" under China's Antimonopoly Law and doesn't require a merger notification to the antitrust
