China’s top merger control regulator plans to set a market share of 30 percent as the crucial benchmark when reviewing non-horizontal mergers, MLex has learned.
The antitrust enforcement agency will pay close attention to transactions with participating businesses where the market share in the upstream, downstream or other related markets
