China’s Chongqing Changyuan pitches removal of US duty order on Chinese oxidizing-agent goods

A 1984 US antidumping duty order on Chinese oxidizing agents potassium permanganate should be revoked, largely because Carus — the US producer that originally sought relief from imports — is no longer vulnerable, Chongqing Changyuan representatives told a US trade injury panel today.
