Cattalini-União Vopak deal should not be approved as is, Terin, CBL tell Brazil’s CADE

Logistic firm Companhia Brasileira de Logística (CBL) and maritime terminal CPA Terminal Paranaguá (Terin) have told the Brazilian competition authority that port operator Cattalini's planned buyout of warehousing firm União Vopak’s assets should not be approved as is.

CBL and Terin asked the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, to impose remedies
