Cargotec-Konecrane New Zealand merger review hit by two-week extension

New Zealand’s review of Cargotec and Konecranes’ merger plan has been postponed, with the country’s competition watchdog today announcing its decision to extend the Nov. 3 deadline for a final decision. The Commerce Commission’s new deadline is Dec. 15.
