Car-carriers' disclosure for JLR’s UK cartel damages claim limited to main EU probe documents

MOL, Wallenius Wilhelmsen and other car-shipping companies that operated a cartel on sea routes will disclose documents to Jaguar Land Rover as part of a damages claim, but they won’t yet hand over documents from the “wider universe” beyond the European Commission’s narrow file.
