Capacitor price-fixing case ends in mistrial due to Covid-19

A price-fixing trial against Japanese electronics companies Nippon Chemi-con and Matsuo Electric Co. will end in a mistrial, following a months-long break halfway through caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

The trial started in early March and pitted a class of electronics wholesalers and other customers against the companies for fixing the prices
