Capacitor makers NEC Tokin, Matsuo see Taiwanese cartel verdicts stand but fines to be re-evaluated

Japanese capacitor manufacturers NEC Tokin and Matsuo Electric have violated Taiwan's competition law by engaging in a cartel, ruled the highest administrative court in the territory, but will have their fines re-evaluated as ordered by the court, MLex has learned.
