Canberra company and director face cartel lawsuit over National Gallery of Australia tender

Canberra-based maintenance company Delta Building Automation and its director Timothy Dixon Davis attempted to establish a cartel over a tender for work on the National Gallery of Australia, according to a civil lawsuit expected to be filed tomorrow by the country’s competition enforcer.
