California panel to seek outside help in review of state antitrust law

The California Law Revision Commission will take the rare step of seeking outside consultants to tackle the “enormously important and difficult topic” of how the state’s century-old antitrust law, the Cartwright Act, can be updated, commission Executive Director Brian Hebert said today.
