CADE will likely update merger threshold by increasing company revenue amount, Cordeiro says

The Brazilian competition authority will likely update its merger threshold to increase the revenue amount each merging applicant must have in order to notify a transaction, agency President Alexandre Cordeiro told MLex in an interview.
