CADE Tribunal to determine whether CSN-LafargeHolcim deal needs further review

The Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal will decide whether CSN's planned acquisition of LafargeHolcim needs further review after the Superintendence's unconditional approval of the deal earlier this month.
Rival Cimento Tupi, which is participating in the deal review as an interested third party, appealed the Superintendence's approval to the agency's Tribunal.
