CADE to be more agile in responding to requests for preventive measures in unilateral conduct cases, superintendent says

The Brazilian competition authority will be more efficient in responding to preventive-measure requests in unilateral conduct cases, especially after the recent creation of a separate unit to handle those cases, agency Superintendent Alexandre Barreto told MLex.
