CADE productivity in merger reviews not reduced by pandemic in first five months of 2020, agency president says

The number of deals reviewed by the Brazilian competition authority in the first five months of 2020 increased slightly over last year, agency President Alexandre Barreto said, showing that there has been no decrease in the agency's productivity in deal reviews during the pandemic.
