Bunge-Imcopa grain deal approval to be reviewed by CADE Tribunal

The unconditional approval of Bunge's planned acquisition of two Imcopa grain processing units will be reviewed by the Brazilian competition authority's Tribunal.
The Superintendence of the Administrative Council for Economic Defense, or CADE, last month cleared, without conditions, the Bunge-Imcopa deal (see here).
