Brose, VW's Sitech win EU approval for car-seats joint venture

Car-parts maker Brose and Volkswagen unit Sitech Sitztechnik have secured unconditional EU approval for their joint venture to manufacture seats and related structures and components for vehicle interiors, MLex has learned.
The European Commission cleared the deal yesterday, one day ahead of its decision deadline, it's understood.
