Brazilian approval of Rede D'Or-SulAmérica deal appealed by nine hospitals, health companies

Nine hospitals and health-related companies, including Hospital Oswaldo Cruz, Hospital AC Camargo and Hospital Mater Dei, have appealed the Brazilian competition authority approval of hospital chain Rede D'Or's plan to buy health insurer SulAmérica.
