Brazil Supreme Court Judge Fachin votes for continuation of fake-news probe

Brazilian Supreme Court Judge Edson Fachin has voted  to continue an investigation into fake news against the court members, following a request by a political party that the probe be suspended for being "illegal" and "unconstitutional."
A hearing at which the court's other 10 judges are expected to vote is scheduled
