Brazil's vertical merger guidelines expected by mid-2023, CADE's Barreto says

Brazilian vertical merger guidelines are expected to be published by mid-2023, the national competition authority’s superintendent, Alexandre Barreto, said.

“We will have a draft version very soon," he said Friday at a conference.* "The idea is that we have the final version of the guidelines by the middle of next year.”
