Brazil's capacity to fight corruption on decline with weaker enforcement, judicial setbacks, index says

Brazil's capacity to detect, punish and prevent corruption has dropped slightly this year compared to 2019, according to a yearly corruption index created by the Americas Society/Council of the Americas (AS/COA) and Control Risks.
