Brazil environment minister, 10 individuals targeted for corruption in illegal timber export scheme

Brazil Environment Minister Ricardo Salles and 10 other environmental officials have been targeted by the country’s federal police in an investigation into alleged acts of corruption, malfeasance and smuggling facilitation in a scheme to illegally export timber to the US and Europe.
