Booking.com argues against German jurisdiction in antitrust dispute at EU’s top court

Booking.com and German hotel Wikingerhof faced off today in front of judges at the EU's highest court in a dispute related to claims that the reservation platform abused its market power with its contract clauses.

The case was referred to the EU Court of Justice by the German Supreme
