Big Tech deals should be notified, presumed anticompetitive, US House report recommends among bevy of merger changes

All acquisitions by dominant platforms should be presumed to be anticompetitive and notified to US antitrust authorities outside of the normal process and without triggering ordinary deadlines, a House antitrust report recommended today among a number of proposals that would dramatically alter US merger review if enacted.
