Bayer Healthcare urges US judge to dismiss Tevra antitrust complaint over flea, tick treatments

Bayer Healthcare today urged a US judge in California to dismiss, for the second time, an antitrust lawsuit from Tevra Brands accusing it of illegal exclusive dealing in, and monopolization of, “squeeze-on” flea and tick treatments.
US District Judge Beth Labson Freeman said she had concerns with the market definition
