Bayer execs must testify in Canadian probe into farm products conspiracy, Competition Bureau argues

Bayer executives should be forced to testify on why they're not willing to turn over documents to Canadian investigators probing a potential anticompetitive conspiracy in the agricultural products sector, Canada's Competition Bureau said.
