Barclays owes us sight of documents, PCP argues ahead of GBP1.5 billion lawsuit

Barclays Bank should hand over documents it claims are legally privileged to PCP Capital Partners as part of the billion-pound plus claim the bank faces, lawyers for the investment vehicle argued today.
