Barclays, JPMorgan, UBS Australian forex lawsuit stumbles, as court rejects refiled documents

Barclays, Citibank, JPMorgan, Royal Bank of Scotland and UBS have secured a minor victory in an Australian court, with a judge today ruling that lawyers working on a class action targeting the banks over an international foreign-exchange cartel wouldn’t be allowed to reframe their case.
