Autonomy’s Lynch set for US extradition hearing in February over HP fraud charges

Autonomy founder Mike Lynch’s extradition hearing — to face US fraud charges over the company’s sale to US software giant Hewlett-Packard — has been scheduled for Feb. 8, 2021 at a London court.
