Australian port privatization case mired in cost dispute as appeal faces delays

Australia’s NSW Ports Operations and the country’s competition regulator, as well as legal teams acting for the eastern state of New South Wales have found themselves in a dispute to decide legal costs at the tail end of an antitrust lawsuit.

Federal Court of Australia Judge Jayne Jagot ruled in June that compensation
