Australian lawyers challenge proposal to remove corporate counsel from cartel immunity interviews

Australia’s top antitrust lawyers have picked another fight with the country’s competition watchdog, arguing that recently proposed upgrades to the regulator’s cartel immunity guidelines are inconsistent with those in comparable international jurisdictions.
