Aurubis granted further extension in EU review of Metallo deal

Aurubis has been granted another extension of 10 working days in an EU review of its plan to buy Belgian-Spanish metals recycler Metallo.

The European Commission now has until May 7 to decide on the deal, according to an update on the regulator’s online register of cases today.
