As Massachusetts Facebook privacy probe moves forward, company defends against New Mexico litigation

A decision by Massachusetts’ top court will allow that state’s attorney general to press forward with her investigation into whether Facebook violated state law by allowing the personal data of its users to leak through apps to third parties such as Cambridge Analytica, a state regulator said today.
