Apple, T-Mobile escape lawsuit over alleged iPhone security flaw

Apple and T-Mobile have escaped a lawsuit accusing the companies of failing to alert consumers to a security flaw in the iPhone operating system that allegedly gave third parties unauthorized access, a US judge in New York said today.
